How does the service work?

If you are looking for a professional, reliable and trustworthy commercial cleaning company, then Capricorn Cleaners are the company you can trust.

1. We operate an initial site visit system, at your convenience, whereby we visit your premises to discuss with you your requirements. At this stage, we can offer advice on best practice and discuss how we can help you achieve a clean, fresh and inviting workspace for your customers and employees.
2. We then provide you with a tailored proposal of work, which outlines what services we will provide you with along with our costs. We can operate a sliding schedule of works that allows for us to bring your premises to a manageable state and then maintain a schedule of work past this point.
3. Once agreed, we will assign a specialist team of cleaning operatives to commence the work agreed. Your assigned team will either supply all associated materials and equipment to undertake their services or we are happy to use your own equipment if necessary. As we operate an out of hour’s service, most of our operatives hold keys for premises. We would be more than happy to provide references for our work if required.
